401k Aon Pep Voya

Apollo Retail Specialists offers 401K to all employees. Full time corporate employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment and Variable Full-time/Part-time employees are eligible to enroll the 1st of the month following 12 months of employment. If you are a rehire, your eligibility enrollment date could be different than what is listed about, you can contact HR or Voya to confirm.

Our 401K provider is Voya.  Apollo matches $0.50 for every dollar up contribute up to 3%.  Once eligible, Voya will send enrollment information via mail to your address on file in ADP 7-10 business dates following the date you are first eligible to participate in the Aon PEP.

​How to Enroll

Once you become eligible to participate in the plan, you will receive an enrollment kit and PIN notice in the mail. The enrollment kit contains additional information on the plan.

You can enroll in the plan in two ways:

1. Go to aonpep.voya.com or the Voya Retire app and select Register Now; or

2. Call the Aon PEP Retirement Service Center at 833-AON-9PEP (833-266-9737)
